While spending time at our summer home, over two hours away from our regular dentist, my 6-year-old daughter had a filling fall out and was experiencing some pain. I called this office, and they were kind enough to squeeze her in the same day. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was wonderful. Keirsten at the front desk was welcoming and friendly, and the hygienists Dana and Jennifer were so patient and caring with my daughter. A special thank you to Dr. Sheikh, who was absolutely amazing. She was gentle, funny, and immediately put my daughter at ease. She explained everything she was doing in a way that made her feel comfortable and safe, and her knowledge and compassion were evident throughout the visit. As a parent, it means so much to find a dental office that truly cares about its patients. I am incredibly grateful for the care my daughter received and highly recommend this practice to anyone in the Toms River area.

If you need a dentist please call Family Dentistry of Toms River. They are kind, knowledgeable, friendly and clean. You cannot go wrong. Joann at the front desk, all the helpers and the two amazing dentists will put you at ease. Hands down the best dentist I've ever visited.

I am so grateful to have found this amazing office, absolutely everything about it was a wonderful experience. From the front desk Joann, she was so kind and helpful. An absolute delight speaking to her. To such incredible Drs. Dr. Sheikh And Dr.Shariff, I whole heartedly appreciate them. Dr. Sheikh was a breath of fresh air, she was so delicate and carful when she was working on my child’s tooth. She took her time, didn’t rush the process, did such an amazing job, she made my child feel safe and comfortable. The work she did on the tooth itself was phenomenal 🙏🏼I was so happy with the whole process. Everything went smoothly I 100% recommend this office!!! Thank you🥰❤️

After more than a month of being passed from dentist to endodontist and then referred to an oral surgeon who couldn’t see me for weeks, I was exhausted and in significant pain. I found Dr. Shariff’s practice on a Saturday morning, and he graciously took me in as an emergency patient that same day. Using advanced imaging, he clearly identified the fracture and infection and was able to extract the tooth. I was incredibly impressed by his professionalism, the kindness of his staff, and the time he took to truly listen. I’m beyond grateful to have found a dentist my family and I can trust.

Everything about my experience with this practice has been nothing short of exceptional! I have had my fair share of bad experiences with dentists and finding this gem of a practice was a breath of fresh air and a huge relief. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful. The hygienist and Dr.sheikh were amazing! The most thorough examination I ever had.. the equipment is top of the line and the dentists genuinely care about the long term health of your teeth. I look forward to my next visit.. the hour commute is worth every minute knowing my teeth are in the best hands.
